A new Professor Layton game is coming next year. DubbedProfessor Layton and the Legacy of the Super Civilization, it will have new types of puzzles, which could be 'more visual' than in previous games, if Siliconera's impressions are anything to go by.
Legacy will mark the sixth straight up entry in the series, and also the final one, according to Level-5 CEO Akihiko Hino. The games have sold 13 million copies in total as of March 2012.
